1 - What is the prepayment policy for bookings?
To confirm your first appointment, a 50% prepayment of the service value is required. This amount is deducted from the total on the day of the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. If the client does not attend and does not cancel within that period, the prepaid amount is not refunded.
2 - What if I am late?
We understand that unexpected things happen. If you are late, please tell us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your appointment. We can only hold the time slot for up to 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled with a new 50% prepayment.
3 - Do you have parking?
We do not have private parking, but there are usually street spaces nearby. We recommend arriving a little early so you can park calmly.
4 - What happens if my gel polish chips?
We want you to love your nails. We offer a 7-day guarantee on gel services. If the gel chips during that period, we will correct the affected nails free of charge. The gel color must be the same as the original application.
5 - How do you sterilize your tools?
Hygiene is our priority. All metal tools are disinfected with hygiene products and sterilized before each use. Each client's nail files are carefully stored in individual packaging.
6 - Do you accept walk-ins?
We do not accept walk-ins. To provide high-quality, personalized care, appointments must be booked in advance.
7 - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and MB Way.
8 - Do you charge for gel removal?
Gel removal is free when you do a new application with us. If you only want removal, the service costs €10.00.
