Terms and Conditions

Terms of use for Amanda Bloom Studio services, including bookings, cancellations, and payments.

1 - Bookings and confirmation

All appointments must be booked in advance, either through the online booking system or by direct contact. Walk-ins are not accepted, so we can ensure quality and personalized service. The booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the deposit, when applicable.

2 - Prepayment and deposit

To confirm the first appointment, an advance payment of 50% of the service value is required. This amount will be deducted from the total on the day of the appointment. We accept payments in cash or MB Way.

3 - Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. If you do not attend and do not notify us within that period, the deposit paid in advance will not be refunded.

4 - Delays

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you are late, please let us know as soon as possible. Your appointment time will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes. If the delay is longer, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, subject to an advance payment of 50% of the service value.

5 - Guarantee

We offer a 7-day guarantee on gel services. If the gel chips during this period, we will correct the affected nails free of charge, using the original application color.

6 - Hygiene and safety

All metal tools are disinfected and sterilized before each use. Each client nail file is stored in individual packaging.

7 - Gel removal

Gel removal is free when performed together with a new application. Standalone removal costs €10.00.

8 - Parking

We do not have private parking. We recommend arriving a little early to find parking on nearby streets.

9 - Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after the changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.

10 - Bot protection

Our booking system uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against automated and abusive submissions. This service processes data in a transparent and non-intrusive way. For more information about how Google processes this data, see the Google Privacy Policy.
